Precautions for installing LED lotus lights

1> When the weight of the lamp is greater than 3kg, it should be fixed on the pre-embedded hook of the bolt.

2> When the weight of flexible wire chandeliers and lamps is 0.5kg or less, the flexible wire should be used for hoisting by itself; if the weight is greater than 0.5kg, a hanging chain should be used, and the flexible wire is braided in the hanging chain, so that the wire is not stressed.

3> Fixture of lamps and lanterns should be firm and reliable. The number of screws or bolts used for fixing each luminaire shall not be less than 2; when the diameter of the edge table is 75 mm or less, it can be fixed with 1 bolt or screw.

4> The diameter of the round steel of the lantern hook should not be less than the diameter of the lamp hanging pin, and should not be less than 6mm. For the fixing and suspending devices of large lanterns, the overload test shall be carried out at twice the weight of the lamps.

5> When the steel pipe is used as a light pole, the inner diameter of the steel pipe should not be less than 10mm, and the thickness of the steel pipe should not be less than 1.5mm.

6> The insulating materials for fixing the live parts of lamps and the insulating materials for providing protection against electric shock should be resistant to combustion and open flames.

7> When the height of the lamp from the ground is less than 2.4mm, the accessible bare conductor of the lamp must be grounded (PE) or connected to zero (PEN) reliably, and there should be special grounding bolts and signs.
